Raised in New York City, I always had a love of art and writing. Much of my early working career revolved around the excitement of the fashion and publishing worlds, igniting my affinity for technology and design, leading to a graphic design career. A decade later, motherhood became an interesting catalyst to my inward journey, a soulful work-in-progress, authenticating my spirit and self-expression through art and poetry, eventually, leading me on a path of self-awareness, education and practice on healing and wellness. I'm also a certified meditation teacher and master reiki practitioner (for animals too!), and am currently getting certified as an art therapist. For a year and a half I worked as a teacher's assistant for grades 1-3 at a Montessori school which was one of the best experiences of my life.
